TVDChicago 2012 was my first convention! I went by myself and since I wasn't involved in the fandom online in any way, I didn't meet up with anybody and I didn't make any friends there either (I'm naturally a very shy person meeting people in person the first time), yet I still absolutely loved the convention. I got an autograph from all of the celeb guests, but I didn't have very much money to spend at that time, so I only got 1 photo op, which actually was the most expensive one, lol! Ian had pulled out of the convention, so they added 3 more guests in his place. I got the "Superstar sandwich" photo op since that's what replaced the "Salvatore Sandwich" photo op.

Thanks! David Anders is a hoot! He's so entertaining. The photographer (Chris Schmelke, I've been to so many cons now I'm friends with him on fb, lol!) at the official conventions, all done by Creation, plays loud music in the photo op room, so in between the photos David was dancing away, drinking what was clearly an alcoholic drink, lol.
