The default layout or 'skin' is simply named Default [White] from the drop down menu in your profile settings. Which looks like this:
Or Default [Black], which looks like this:
In order to set a skin, click on 'profile', then 'edit profile' [button to the right of your name], click on the settings tab and scroll down to 'forum theme'. Just don't forget to click the 'save account settings' button before you come out of it.
